Salary: £33k to £35k per annum plus overtime available 
Hours: Monday–Friday (shifts as required)

About the Role
We are seeking motivated Assembly Operatives to join a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing team in Denham. You will play a key role in assembling precision components and contributing to high-quality products that meet strict safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build detailed assemblies including threaded inserts, locking pins, crimping, taper reaming, and thread locking
  • Riveting using manual, orbital, and spin riveting techniques
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions accurately
  • Carry out self-inspections and quality checks to ensure standards are met
  • Support Lean initiatives, 5S activities, and continuous improvement programs
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and adhere to health and safety regulations

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Basic manufacturing or engineering background
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to concentrate
  • Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and riveting techniques
  • Basic PC skills; SAP experience desirable
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and a willingness to learn

Desirable:

  • Mechanical apprenticeship or relevant qualifications
  • Experience with adhesives or aerospace assembly processes
