Assembly Operative – Aerospace Engineering
Location: Denham (near Uxbridge, UB9)
Salary: £33,000–£34,000 + overtime
Hours: Mon–Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–12pm
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays | Private pension up to 9%

Every product you help build will play a part in saving lives around the world. We design and manufacture advanced ejection seats for military aircraft, and we’re looking for skilled individuals to join our specialist fitting team.
What You’ll Be Doing as an assembly operative - Fitting Annexe
- Assemble and inspect precision aerospace components and subassemblies
- Working in a assembly area on site where complex sub-assemblies for ejector seats are fitted, inspected, and assembled
- Work from detailed engineering drawings and build instructions
- Use hand tools, gauges, and inspection equipment with accuracy and care
- Follow strict aerospace quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in assembly or precision manufacturing
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Skilled with hand tools and measuring equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn in a high-performance environment
