We’re looking for an experienced Assembly Operative (Fitting Annexe) to join a world-class aerospace team in Denham, Buckinghamshire. - Salary: £33,000–£34,000 per year + overtime
- Hours: Mon–Thu 8am–5pm | Fri 8am–12pm (37.5 hrs/week)

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble and inspect precision aerospace components and sub-assemblies
- Work in a specialist fitting annexe for ejection seats, following detailed build instructions
- Use hand tools, gauges, and inspection equipment with accuracy
- Interpret engineering drawings and maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to meet deadlines while maintaining strict safety and traceability
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in assembly, mechanical fitting, or precision manufacturing
- Strong ability to read and follow engineering drawings
- Skilled with hand tools and measurement devices
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to progress in a specialist engineering environment
