Exiting opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to work for an established engineering company in Hayes - Middlesex 

We are recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager to join a well-established engineering company near Hayes. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the full bid and tender process within a growing organisation that delivers engineering solutions across the UK and internationally.

The Role as a Bid Manager

  • Manage the end-to-end bid and tender process from PQQ to final submission
  • Coordinate internal teams including sales, estimators and technical specialists
  • Produce high quality, compliant tender submissions
  • Review and improve bid content to maximise success rates
  • Manage tender deadlines and ensure accurate submissions

Must have as a Bid Manager

  • Strong experience in bid management or tender writing
  • Background within engineering, construction, manufacturing or technical sectors
  • Excellent written communication and organisational skills
  • Able to manage multiple bids and work to tight deadlines
