Are you an experienced bid professional ready to lead and win major contracts? Our client is seeking a driven and strategic Senior Bid / Tender Manager to oversee and manage all bid and tendering activities during an exciting period of growth.

The Role
As Senior Bid / Tender Manager, you will lead the bid function, working closely with the Sales Director and managing a team of sales professionals, estimators and bid writers.
You will oversee the production of high-quality PQQs, tenders and proposals, ensuring submissions are compelling, compliant and competitive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the bid writing team
- Oversee bid/tender timelines and submissions
- Review, edit and proofread proposals to a high standard
- Produce tailored executive summaries and key written content
- Ensure all submissions meet client and procurement requirements
- Support the achievement of tender wins and sales targets
About You
The successful Senior Bid / Tender Manager will have:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in bid management/writing
- Strong knowledge of public sector and government tendering processes
- Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing or related sectors
- Excellent written communication and organisational skills
- A results-driven, proactive and detail-focused approach
