We are looking for a skilled Cell Operative to join a leading aerospace manufacturing team at our Denham site. This is a key role within the Machine Shop, where you'll help produce high-precision components used in advanced ejection seats for military aircraft.

The Role:
As a Cell Operative, you’ll be setting and operating both manual and CNC machines to manufacture high-quality components. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and performance of life-saving equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and setting manual and CNC machines

• Machining components to tight tolerances and technical drawings

• Inspecting components using conventional measuring tools

• Deburring parts and carrying out basic machine/tool maintenance

• Maintaining high quality standards throughout the process

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a machine shop environment

• Skilled in CNC programming, milling, turning, and deburring

• Ability to read and work to technical drawings and specifications

• Confident in inspecting components to precise quality standards

• Team player with a strong work ethic and eye for detail
