Salary: £24 per hour + overtime & benefits
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (core hours)

A leading precision engineering manufacturer is seeking an experienced CNC Miller – Mazak to join its expanding team. This is a permanent role for a skilled CNC Programmer, Setter and Operator who can work confidently on high-value, low-volume components using the latest generation Mazak machinery.

The Role

As a Mazak CNC Miller, you will:

  • Program, set and operate Mazak CNC machines, including J600, I800T and VNC510.
  • Machine challenging materials such as Nickel Alloy, Inconel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium Bronze.
  • Read and interpret imperial engineering drawings.
  • Perform first article inspections and ensure full compliance with AS9100 standards.
  • Contribute to a highly skilled team producing complex, high-integrity components.

About You

  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller, CNC Programmer, CNC Setter and CNC Operator.
  • Skilled in Mazak CNC programming and operation.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
  • Confident working with exotic materials and tight tolerances.
