We are hiring an experienced CNC Programmer – Miller to join a well-established precision engineering company in West London. This is a permanent role offering flexible working hours, overtime, and long-term career stability.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, flexitime (8 hours per day between 6am–5pm)

The Role
You will be programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines in a modern workshop, producing high-precision components for advanced engineering projects.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Completed engineering apprenticeship (minimum 4 years)
- At least 5 years’ post-apprenticeship experience
- Strong CNC milling experience (manual experience also useful)
- Ability to program, set, and operate independently
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
- Reliable with good communication skills
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Must have experience in working on machines/controls e.g. Siemens XYZ or Prototrak ZYZ

- Turning experience
- Toolmaking background
