We are recruiting for a CNC Programmer – Miller for one of our clients based in Acton, West London. This is permanent position, offering a salary range of £32,000–£35,000 + posibility of working overtime. 

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, flexitime (8 hours per day between 6am–5pm)

The Role
You will be programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines in a modern workshop, producing high-precision components for advanced engineering projects.

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Completed engineering apprenticeship (minimum 4 years)
  • At least 5 years’ post-apprenticeship experience
  • Strong CNC milling experience (manual experience also useful)
  • Ability to program, set, and operate independently
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
  • Reliable with good communication skills
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Must have experience in working on machines/controls e.g. Siemens XYZ or Prototrak ZYZ

Desirable

  • Turning experience
  • Toolmaking background
