We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller, programmers, setters in the  aerospace industry in various areas in Essex paying up to £45k per annum. 

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established aerospace manufacturer near  Rochford. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Miller to take ownership of onsite milling using Haas and Bridgeport vertical mills in a modern precision engineering environment.

The successful CNC Miller will be confident programming, setting and operating 3 and 4 axis CNC mills using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls. You will be machining high-precision aerospace components in materials including aluminium, stainless steel, titanium and Tufnol to tight tolerances.

This CNC Miller role would suit someone who enjoys varied, technically challenging work and wants long-term stability within a supportive team.

Key Requirements:
• Experience setting and operating 3 & 4 axis CNC mills
• Confident using Fanuc controls
• Programme editing and amendment experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience machining precision components to tight tolerances
• Aerospace or precision engineering background preferred
