Confined Space Operative

Level 2 Medium Risk Confined Space Operative
Location: Newport
Rate: Up to £180 per day CIS
Hours: 9-11 hours a day
Contract: Minimum 3 months

We are currently recruiting for experienced Level 2 Medium Risk Confined Space Operatives for ongoing works in Newport.

This role will involve working within medium risk confined spaces carrying out general site duties, maintenance, installation support, and assisting engineering teams in safety critical environments.

Requirements:

  • Valid Level 2 Medium Risk Confined Space Certificate
  • CSCS Card
  • Previous experience working within confined spaces
  • Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Desirable:

  • Additional tickets such as SSSTS, First Aid, PASMA or IPAF
  • Experience on utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure projects
