Construction Administrator – Heathrow Airport

We are currently recruiting for a Construction Administrator to join our team at Heathrow Airport. This is a 6-month temp-to-perm position, offering 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the construction team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage project documentation, including filing, tracking, and updating records.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and regulations.
  • Maintain clear and organized project files.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software is a bonus).
  • Basic construction knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to commute to Heathrow Terminal 4.
