Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Sector: Steel Fabrication Workshop

We are currently looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy steel fabrication workshop in Feltham. This is a hands-on role within an industrial environment, supporting the movement of steel materials and workshop operations.

Duties include:

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading, unloading and moving steel sections and materials
• Supporting goods in/out and yard organisation
• Assiting workshop operatives with material handling
• Ensuring materials are stored safely and work areas remain tidy
• Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Previous experience in a steel, engineering, or heavy industrial environment preferred
• Ability to work safely with heavy materials
• Good awareness of workshop safety procedures
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
