CPCS PAYE Crane Supervisor - Heathrow Airport

Location: Heathrow Airport – landside
Job Type: Temporary, Short Term
Salary: £26 per hour PAYE + accrued holiday pay

MTS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Crane Supervisor for a few days of work on a landside project at Heathrow Airport.

  • Landside work – no airside pass required.

The Role

  • Supervise lifting operations in accordance with the approved lift plan and site procedures.
  • Coordinate crane operators and slinger/signallers.
  • Conduct pre-lift briefings and maintain safe exclusion zones.
  • Check lifting equipment and accessories before use.
  • Monitor site conditions and stop operations if unsafe.
  • Liaise with site management to ensure lifts are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Valid blue CPCS Crane Supervisor card.
  • Previous experience supervising lifting operations on construction sites.
  • Good understanding of lift plans, RAMS and safe lifting procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and a safety-focused approach.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Available to start on Wednesday 14 October.
