A leading innovator in UV technology is looking for a Sales Order Administrator to join its dynamic team in Slough. This role is a mix of customer service, order processing, and purchasing support, ensuring customers receive top-quality service and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with production teams to meet delivery schedules
  • Liaise with internal and external customers on order progress
  • Handle customer inquiries and send order acknowledgments
  • Provide accurate product availability information
