Export Coordinator – 4 on / 4 off
Permanent Position – Colnbrook, SL3
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per year

Shift Pattern
4 on / 4 off rotation (including days, nights, weekends)

We are looking for an experienced Export Coordinator to join a busy freight and logistics operation based in Colnbrook. This is a full start-to-finish export role with responsibility for managing time-critical shipments, ensuring smooth customer communication, and maintaining accurate export documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing MAWB/HAWB using Boxtop
• Booking shipments across multiple airlines
• Completing customs entries (Descartes), including EXA and T1
• Arranging collections with UK and European transport companies
• Providing quotes for customers
• Liaising closely with customers, offering regular updates
• Ensuring costs are correctly added for billing
• Arranging cross-trade shipments with global agents
• Light loading/unloading of freight into the warehouse when required

About You

• Proven experience in air export operations
• Strong multitasking ability and able to prioritise fast-moving jobs
• Comfortable managing urgent and time-critical shipments
• Knowledge of Boxtop and Descartes platforms is highly beneficial
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Able to work effectively within a 4 on / 4 off shift system
