  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, with an early finish at 12 middays on Fridays.

What You’ll Do as a final assembly operative

  • Assemble and inspect precision mechanical components such as seat pans, main beams, and survival kits.
  • Work from engineering drawings using hand tools to meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Record component movement and assembly progress in SAP.
  • Maintain tools and work areas to strict safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Follow FOD, ESD, and safety protocols at all times.

What We’re Looking For in a final assembly operative:

  • Proven experience in assembly or precision manufacturing.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use basic hand tools.
  • Stable 5-year career history
  • GCSEs grade 3–7 (or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, or ESD protocols is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a reliable career history.
  • Own transport is preferred due to the location.
