Your Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect precision mechanical components including seat pans, main beams, and survival kits
• Work from engineering drawings using hand tools to meet strict quality standards
• Record component movement and assembly progress using SAP
• Maintain tools and workspaces to high safety and cleanliness standards
• Follow FOD, ESD, and all safety protocols at all times

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Final Assembly Operative or within precision manufacturing
• Ability to read engineering drawings and confidently use hand tools
• Stable 5-year career history
• GCSEs grade 3 to 7 or equivalent
• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, or ESD protocols is desirable
• Strong communication skills and reliable work history
