Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (30-minute lunch)

Looking to grow your finance career? We’re recruiting a motivated Finance Assistant to join our supportive and fast-paced team in Colnbrook. This is a great opportunity to build your skills across all areas of finance — from invoices and reconciliations to month-end reporting.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance, gaining hands-on experience in accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger work.
Key Responsibilities for the Finance Assistant
- Process sales and purchase invoices in Sage, ensuring accuracy and correct coding
- Allocate customer and supplier payments
- Reconcile bank accounts and support management accounts preparation
- Assist with month-end reporting and other finance tasks
What we are looking for in a Finance Assistant
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Will be office based
- Strong attention to detail with good Excel skills
- Stable employment history
- Previous finance experience (Sage or Microsoft Business Central a plus)
- Flexible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
- Experience in logistics, freight, or distribution is desirable
