Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Manufacturing Sector

Location: Eton, SL4

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full-time, office-based)

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Eton, specialising in recruitment for the Manufacturing sector. You’ll be working with clients and candidates across roles such as assemblers, production controllers, sales engineers, and more.

This is a full 360 recruitment position, giving you full responsibility for managing client relationships and the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll be expected to develop new business through cold sales, manage vacancies, interview candidates, and deliver outstanding service to both clients and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates across manufacturing and engineering roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Proactively develop new business through cold calling and networking
• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy intake to placement
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or similar level of education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, resilient, and target-driven
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls
• Eager to learn and develop within recruitment
• Must be able to commute to Eton daily (no hybrid working)
