Location: Denham (UB9)

Salary: £26,500 per annum (Approx. £13.60 per hour)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Mon–Thu: 08:00–17:00 | Friday: 08:00–12:00

About the Industrial Cleaner role:

Are you looking for a stable, long-term role with a world-leading manufacturer? We are looking for a reliable Industrial Cleaner to join our team in Denham.

You will be working in a clean, safety-critical production environment, supporting our engineering teams who design and manufacture life-saving aerospace equipment. This isn't just a "moving boxes" job—you will be a vital part of a high-tech manufacturing floor.

Industrial Cleaner duties include:

• Maintaining the Shop Floor: Keeping machining areas, walkways, and external yards clean, safe, and organized.
• Waste Management: Emptying bins and removing general/recyclable waste.
• Specialist Recycling: Monitoring and separating daily metal swarf bins for recycling.
• Safety First: Strictly following Health & Safety procedures to ensure a hazard-free workplace.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Reliability: A stable work history over the last 5 years is highly preferred.
• Industry Awareness: Previous experience in a warehouse or industrial cleaning environment.
• Knowledge: Understanding of recycling procedures for metals and waste materials.
• Team Player: Clear communication skills and a willingness to support the wider engineering team.
• Transport: Own transport is essential due to the site location
