Location: Feltham, Middlesex, TW13
Salary: £23,000 basic + monthly bonus + cost of living allowance
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (45 min unpaid lunch)
Job Type: Permanent, full time

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company with a strong global presence. They are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to support their export sales division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded graduate or someone with a technical or engineering background who wants to build a long term career in sales coordination and customer support.

Role Overview:

You will support the external sales team by handling enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders and coordinating with internal departments. You will not be responsible for direct selling at the start, but over time you will take on more responsibility and customer contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging and processing enquiries
  • Preparing quotes and sales proposals
  • Coordinating with production, engineering, accounts and shipping
  • Updating the CRM system (Workbook)
  • Processing orders through the ERP system (Epicor)
  • Supporting external sales managers with costings and project coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in engineering, business, or a related field OR relevant technical/commercial experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Interest in engineering, manufacturing or technical products
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commercial mindset with attention to detail

Salary & Benefits:

  • £23,000 basic salary
  • Monthly profit share bonus (currently equivalent to 10 percent of salary)
  • £1,000 annual cost of living allowance (paid monthly)
  • Final salary pension scheme (non-contributory)
