We are recruiting for a Junior Trainee Manufacturing Engineer to join a successful aerospace manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on military and commercial aircraft components while developing your skills within a supportive engineering team.
Key Responsibilities as a Junior Trainee Manufacturing Engineer
- Create manufacturing plans from customer drawings and specifications
- Produce bills of materials, routings, and job packs
- Support production with technical information
- Liaise with customers and internal teams
- Use MRP/ERP systems to manage jobs and materials
- Assist with continuous improvement activities
What We're Looking For in a Junior Trainee Manufacturing Engineer
- Engineering degree preferred, but not essential
- Manufacturing or engineering experience beneficial
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in aerospace and manufacturing
- CAD or MRP/ERP experience advantageous
