We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Cell Supervisor to join a leading aerospace company.
What’s on offer:
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (Friday early finish at 12 midday)
- £46k–£48k per year
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Your role as a Manufacturing Cell Supervisor will be to guide a team of experienced staff responsible for all functional activities by leading, mentoring, coaching, recruitment, development, engagement, and performance management.
The Manufacturing Cell Supervisor will oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management and mechanical knowledge to optimise production workflows and enhance overall operational performance.
What the Manufacturing Cell Supervisor will bring to the role:
- Proven experience managing people
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Lean, KPIs)
- Numerical ability – confident interpreting graphs, percentages, and analysing trend data
- Experience ensuring facilities, equipment, and resources are in place to meet production plans
- Stable work history in the past 5 years
- Must have a background in manufacturing (aerospace or precision engineering preferred)
- Experience in finishing processes (anodising/rumbling) would be a bonus
