What We Offer
- Salary: £26,110 + overtime
- Pension: 9% paid private pension
- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Mon–Thu: 08:00–17:00
- Fri: 08:00–12:00

Your Role as a Masking & Finishing Operative
You’ll join a specialist finishing team ensuring every component meets world-class standards. Daily tasks include:
- Interpreting engineering drawings and build plans
- Performing high-precision masking and finishing
- Safely handling masking materials and bead blasting media
- Following strict health, safety, and COSHH procedures
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in surface preparation, masking, or bead blasting
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Aerospace or manufacturing background preferred
- A reliable, detail-driven, proactive approach
