Hours: Mon–Thu 8:00–17:00 | Fri 8:00–12:00 | Own transport required – we do not offer sponsorship

What You’ll Do as  a Masking and Finishing Operative 

• Perform masking, bead blasting, and surface preparation to exact specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
• Follow strict health, safety, and COSHH regulations
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain production schedules

Must have 

• Solid experience in surface preparation, masking, and bead blasting
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Stable work history 
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and COSHH
• Reliable, precise, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
