Mechanical Assembly Fitter

Working for a specialist conveyor company, based in Slough, a role has arisen for a Mechanical Assembly Fitter.
If you are able to read engineering drawings, having an engineering/manufacturing background this role would be suitable for you.

Salary/hours of work/benefits of a Mechanical Assembly Fitter

£25,000 (subject to experience)
37.5hrs per week
25-days annual holiday
37.5 hours/week

Key responsibilities of a Mechanical Assembly Fitter

•  Working from engineering drawings, assembly/fitting of stainless steel conveyor systems
•  Ensuring work is completed to specification and to a high standard
•  Mechano set type assembly
•  Some basic wiring
•  Experience/knowledge required for Mechanical Assembly Fitter
•  Engineering/manufacturing background
•  Familiar with using hand tools
•  Familiar with working in a team environment and meeting deadlines
