We’re continuing to grow and we want you to be part of it. Our prestigious aerospace client near Denham is looking for skilled and reliable Assembly Operatives to join their dedicated team producing cutting-edge, life-saving technology used around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing as an assembly operative: 

As an Assembly Operative, you’ll take a hands-on role in building precision aerospace components that save lives. Your work will include:

• Assembling and fabricating seat pan chassis and parachute containers
• Performing precision bench fitting and component builds
• Carrying out heat treatment, bonding, sealing, and injection moulding
• Using a range of fasteners, adhesives, and tools to assemble parts
• Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings
• Inspecting and testing products to meet exacting aerospace standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in assembly or fitting within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with riveting, adhesives, and precision tools
• Confidence reading engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A solid employment history and a positive, team-focused attitude
