What You’ll Be Doing as a Mechanical Inspector

As a Mechanical Inspector, you’ll be at the heart of the Inspection team, ensuring every component meets the highest aerospace standards:

  • Inspect components using Mitutoyo CMMs (GEOPAK), Hexagon Absolute Arm & laser scanning
  • Perform dimensional checks with hand tools: Height Gauges, Bore Micrometers, DTIs & more
  • Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation, including SAP updates
  • Track component batches and log non-conforming products
  • Follow QA instructions, SOPs & technical specifications
  • Support Lean initiatives and 5S activities

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ inspection experience in manufacturing or aerospace
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to read engineering drawings
  • Skilled with CMMs, laser scanning, and inspection hand tools
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail, manual dexterity & team-player mindset
  • AS9102 FAIR experience desirable
