We are seeking an experienced Metal Finishing Operative to join a respected manufacturer near Uxbridge.

The Role – Metal Finishing Operative

• Carry out manual and automated finishing processes
• Perform anodising, passivation, masking, jigging and inspections
• Work safely with process chemicals and finishing equipment
• Ensure all components meet strict aerospace quality standards

What We’re Looking For – Metal Finishing Operative

• Proven metal finishing experience (anodising essential)
• Background in engineering, aerospace or precision manufacturing
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
