We are seeking an experienced NDT Level 2 Technician to join our Inspection team in Denham. This is a key role within a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment, responsible for ensuring product integrity through non-destructive testing in line with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career within a British aerospace engineering organisation directly supporting aircrew safety.

You will carry out a range of NDT inspection activities to verify components, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, company procedures, and industry regulations. The role requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform non-destructive testing in line with company quality procedures and technical specifications
  • Assemble test items in accordance with drawings and procedures to ensure accurate NDT results
  • Maintain and monitor radiographic shielding levels and/or carry out DPI/MPI chemical testing
  • Interpret component drawings, test procedures, and ADRs accurately
  • Generate and maintain NDT inspection and test documentation
  • Maintain Level 2 NDT certification (PCN or NAS 410)
  • Use SAP to record work in progress, track components, and update locations accurately
  • Complete work within allocated run times to support on-time delivery
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures

Essential Requirements:

  • NDT Level 2 Certification with current maintenance (PCN or NAS 410)
  • Background in production manufacturing, ideally aerospace
  • Strong understanding of H&S procedures and quality systems
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and inspection procedures
  • Basic PC skills and experience using SAP or similar systems
