We have a great opportunity for an experienced Parachute Packer to work for a leading Aerospace company near Uxbridge UB9.
- Salary: £28,000–£30,000 + overtime
- Hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00 Fri 08:00–12:00
- Holidays: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

As a Parachute Packer, you’ll ensure aircrew safety by meticulously packing and inspecting parachutes and drogues, contributing directly to life-saving technology.
Key Responsibilities for the Parachute Packer:
- Pack and repack parachutes and drogues to technical specifications
- Inspect parachutes for defects and complete history records
- Draw parts from satellite stores and record batch numbers
- Prepare and operate presses efficiently
- Work on prototypes and test programs as needed
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous parachute packing experience is essential
- Able to work from technical drawings and specifications
- Background in engineering or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and responsible, conscientious approach
- Team player
