Salary: £26000k to £27000k + overtime
Hours: Mon–Thu: 08:00–17:00 | Fri: 08:00–12:00

We are currently recruiting a Part Mark & Pack Operative to support a busy Assembly Manufacturing environment in Denham. This role is ideal for someone with production, packing, or light engineering experience who has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy and traceability. Additional training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Part marking components and assemblies using ink marking and laser engraving
  • Packing and preparing parts for despatch in line with procedures
  • Ensuring correct labelling, documentation, and traceability
  • Reading and interpreting assembly drawings, route cards, and work instructions
  • Obtaining and applying serial numbers as required
  • Carrying out self-inspection and quality checks (stamping where authorised)
  • Performing SAP transactions relevant to the department
  • Handling parts carefully to avoid damage and maintain safety
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and good housekeeping standards
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety requirements

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in production packing or a similar manufacturing environment
  • Basic understanding of engineering drawings
  • Awareness of H&S procedures
  • Basic computer skills
  • Methodical, accurate, and detail-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
