Salary & Benefits

• £39,000 – £40,950 per year
• Paid overtime (1.5x weekdays & Saturdays, double pay on Sundays)
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Shifts

Flexibility is essential, as you’ll rotate across all three shifts:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• 10:00pm – 6:00am

What You’ll Be Doing as a Press Setter 

• Setting Bruderer, Invernizzi, or hydraulic presses to specification
• Carrying out PUWER and LOLER safety checks
• Performing first-off inspections to ensure consistent quality
• Loading presses and assisting with grinding machine operations
• Supporting with packing, material handling, and machine operation
• Recording press activity using digital systems

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience as a Press Setter
• Experience with Bruderer, Invernizzi, or hydraulic presses (advantageous)
• Knowledge of PUWER and LOLER regulations (or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Basic computer literacy
