The Role: As a Production Operator, you will work on a variety of electronic products, assembling and testing components according to our established procedures. Don’t worry if you’re new to this – we offer full training! Your safety is our priority, and we provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure you can work safely alongside your colleagues.

What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is:

• A team player with strong attention to detail.
• Quality-focused, ensuring that every product meets our high standards.
• Able to ask questions and solve problems when faced with challenges.

What We Offer:

• Starting Salary: £24,000, with opportunities for salary growth through structured training programs.
• Bonus: Up to £5,000 annually, paid monthly, based on production efficiency, on-time delivery, and quality standards.
