Position Overview:

MTS is working on behalf of our Client in Hayes. They're looking for an Electrical Project Manager to manage and coordinate on-street electrical activities, including testing, inspecting, commissioning, condition reporting, and repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of electricians and contractors.
  • Monitor productivity and performance.
  • Ensure work meets deadlines and program requirements.
  • Oversee electrical orders and track KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and accreditation.
  • Provide daily support to electricians.
  • Conduct site visits for compliance.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and team skills.
  • Focused on business targets and KPIs.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Valid driving license.

Preferred:

  • Experience with street lighting or highway electrical work.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
