Position Overview:
MTS is working on behalf of our Client in Hayes. They're looking for an Electrical Project Manager to manage and coordinate on-street electrical activities, including testing, inspecting, commissioning, condition reporting, and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of electricians and contractors.
- Monitor productivity and performance.
- Ensure work meets deadlines and program requirements.
- Oversee electrical orders and track KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and accreditation.
- Provide daily support to electricians.
- Conduct site visits for compliance.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and team skills.
- Focused on business targets and KPIs.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Valid driving license.
Preferred:
- Experience with street lighting or highway electrical work.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
