About the Quality Compliance Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Compliance Manager to lead our Quality function across two manufacturing facilities. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation and supply chain.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage a team of Quality Engineers, oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), lead audit activities, and drive a culture of quality excellence across the business.
This role would suit an experienced Quality Manager, Quality Compliance Manager, or Senior Quality Engineer looking to take ownership of quality strategy and compliance within a growing manufacturing environment.
Quality Compliance Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support a team of Quality Engineers across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Develop and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP requirements, and customer-specific standards.
- Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, MRB activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Host and support internal, customer, and third-party audits.
- Maintain oversight of calibration systems and quality records.
- Investigate quality concerns, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters.
- Deliver quality training and coaching to employees across the business.
- Monitor quality performance metrics and drive ongoing improvements.
- Ensure all audit findings are addressed and closed out in a timely manner.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Quality Management or senior quality leadership role within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
- Knowledge of NADCAP requirements would be advantageous.
- Experience conducting and hosting internal and external audits.
- Proven experience managing non-conformance processes, MRB activities, and root cause investigations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience using ERP systems and quality management software such as Q-Pulse.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
