Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Datchet, SL3
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are seeking an enthusiastic and switched-on Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team based in Datchet (SL3). This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where you’ll play a key part in sourcing candidates and supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates over the phone
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Advertise vacancies, manage job boards, and handle incoming applications
• Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates to clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on the CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident communicator who’s comfortable spending the day on the phone
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Driven, proactive, and able to work independently
• Previous experience in recruitment or a fast-paced customer-facing role is preferred but not essential
• Must be local to Datchet or able to reliably commute
