We are seeking an experienced Safety, Quality & Compliance Monitoring Manager to lead and continuously improve our management systems across aircraft maintenance and FBO operations. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements while driving a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Safety, Quality & Compliance Monitoring Manager

Quality & Compliance Management

  • Lead and manage the organisation’s Quality and Compliance Monitoring Systems
  • Conduct and oversee internal, external, and third-party audits
  • Manage non-conformities, ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions
  • Develop and implement quality procedures, standards, and specifications
  • Maintain and update MOE documentation in line with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure timely submission of regulatory notifications and amendments
  • Oversee certification and authorisation of Part-145 personnel
  • Manage competency, training, and experience records
  • Assess suppliers and subcontractors for compliance and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
  • Lead investigations into airworthiness occurrences and feed learnings into training
  • Monitor regulatory changes and liaise with authorities, including escalation where required

Safety Management

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing development of the Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Facilitate hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation planning
  • Monitor safety performance and progress against action plans
  • Provide updates to the Safety Review Board
  • Oversee safety investigations and ensure effective follow-up actions
  • Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with training requirements
  • Promote and embed a strong safety culture across all departments

Safety, Quality & Compliance Monitoring Manager Accountability & Authority

  • Accountable for maintaining management systems in line with company procedures and regulatory standards
  • Direct access to the Accountable Manager on all quality matters
  • Authority to recommend improvements, training, and resource allocation
  • Expected to actively promote safety and compliance throughout the organisation

 Safety, Quality & Compliance Monitoring Manager Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of airworthiness regulations (Part-145, IBAC/IS-BAH)
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Recognised auditing qualification
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with quality, safety, and compliance management systems/software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Part-66 AML (preferred but not essential)

Additional Information

  • Full-time, onsite role
  • Candidates must be acceptable to the CAA/EASA as a Form 4 postholder
