Sales Operations Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced sales operations manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join a leading UK manufacturer based in Hayes, Middlesex. The business designs, manufactures and installs high-quality street furniture, transport infrastructure, digital displays, bus shelters, kiosks and public realm solutions for customers across the UK and internationally.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday

As our Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function by managing future opportunities, analysing sales data, maintaining CRM systems and producing accurate reporting that helps drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify future sales opportunities across a range of sectors and markets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of future projects and sales opportunities.
  • Generate target lists for the Business Development team.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends and pipeline performance.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and management reports.
  • Maintain accurate customer and project information within Salesforce CRM.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the sales team to communicate new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy and continuous improvement of sales data.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Operations Manager or similar sales operations, sales support or sales data management role.
  • Experience within manufacturing, construction, engineering, infrastructure or a similar project-based industry would be highly advantageous.
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM knowledge.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and reporting skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and commercially focused approach.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
