Laser Operator

Location: Feltham, TW14
Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Overtime available at 1.5x rate (Maximum 5.5 hours per week)
Holidays: 23 days per year + Bank Holidays

We are currently looking for a Laser Cutter Operator to join our team. We operate an Amada Alpha IV laser and are looking for a skilled individual to contribute to our precision engineering operations. Although ideally previous experience in laser cutting and/or brake press operating would be preferable, a full training will be provided for the right candidate with a basic background in engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up the Amada Alpha IV laser cutting machine.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure precision cutting.
• Maintain machinery and perform routine checks to ensure efficiency.
• Work collaboratively within the team to meet production deadlines.
• Adhere to company health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating laser-cutting machinery is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to undergo training if required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow production schedules.
