The Role

MTS Recruitment is looking for experienced Soldering Technicians to join our client in Colnbrook. This role would suit someone with strong soldering skills who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out precise soldering of electronic components, wiring and assemblies
• Reading and following technical drawings, wiring diagrams and assembly instructions
• Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
• Repairing, reworking and modifying components where required
• Working alongside production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in soldering, electronics assembly or a similar role
• Good hand-eye coordination and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow technical drawings and written instructions
• Cable assembly and PCB experience would be advantageous
• A reliable approach and the ability to work well within a team
