We are currently seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Polisher to join a busy and well-established fabrication workshop in Feltham. This is an ongoing temporary role offering consistent hours and the opportunity to work on high-quality stainless steel products.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Polishing and finishing stainless steel components to a high standard
- • Using hand tools and polishing machinery to achieve the required finishes
- • Removing weld marks, scratches, and surface imperfections
- • Working to technical drawings and finish specifications
- • Ensuring quality control and maintaining excellent attention to detail
- • Keeping work areas clean and following health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- • Previous experience polishing stainless steel in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- • Ability to achieve brushed, mirror, and satin finishes
- • Skilled in the use of polishing tools and abrasives
- • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
