Steel Erector (Blue CSCS + CPCS Slinger/Signaller)
Location: Gatwick Airport (Airside)
Start Date: 13/04/2026
Hours: Night Shifts – 20:00 to 04:30
Duration: Ongoing

We are currently recruiting for experienced Steel Erectors to work on a busy airside project at Gatwick Airport. This is a great opportunity for ongoing night work on a high-profile, secure construction site.

The Role:

• Erecting and installing structural steelwork
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Carrying out bolting, aligning and securing steel structures
• Assisting with lifting operations and working alongside crane teams
• Working safely within a live airside environment

Requirements:

• Valid Blue CSCS Card (Steel Erector)
• Valid CPCS Card (Slinger / Signaller – A40)
• Proven experience in structural steel erection
• Ability to work night shifts (20:00 – 04:30)
• Must be able to obtain an airside pass

Airside Requirements:

• 5-year checkable work history
• Clear DBS check
• Willingness to complete the full airside security clearance process
