We are looking for a hardworking Steel Workshop Labourer / Trade Labourer to join our busy steel fabrication workshop in Feltham. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and experience working in a hands-on workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing metal materials for fabrication and finishing
• Hand scraping and manual preparation of steel components
• Assisting tradespeople within the workshop as required
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following instructions accurately and working to deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a workshop or trade labourer role preferred
• Good eye for detail and ability to spot imperfections
• Strong English communication skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude
