Based from a modern facility in Hayes you will work across multiple sites installing maintaining and inspecting advanced street furniture and digital signage You will manage your own day while being backed by a skilled and supportive team with real opportunities to progress

Salary and Benefits

• £40000 to £45000 per year
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Company vehicle provided for take home use

• Early starts and early finishes typically 6:00am to 2:30pm from when you leave home 
• Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 Friday 08:00 to 12:00

What You Will Be Doing

• Carry out electrical installations for new street furniture and infrastructure
• Perform fault finding diagnostics and reactive maintenance
• Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports EICRs
• Issue minor works and installation certificates
• Work in line with NICEIC standards and regulations
• Safely operate tools equipment and machinery
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Follow and promote safe working practices at all times

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• City and Guilds Level 2 and Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 2391 52 Inspection and Testing or 714 Initial and Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing Public Lighting
• Safe Isolation 214 certification
• Experience working near DNO or IDNO equipment G39 or 210
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Aged 25 or over for insurance purposes

Desirable but Not Essential

• NRSWA Streetworks including signage lighting and guarding
• Temporary Traffic Management certification
• Emergency First Aid at Work
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS 7671
