The company designs and manufactures specialist scientific and engineering equipment used by research organisations worldwide. This opportunity is suitable for both an experienced TIG Welder and individuals looking to further develop their welding and fabrication skills within a high-quality manufacturing environment.

TIG Welder Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminium components.
• Fabricate, assemble, and finish precision-engineered products.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Work closely with designers and engineers to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety.

Essential Requirements

• Experience producing high-quality stainless steel and aluminium TIG welds.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Fabrication, assembly, and finishing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Experience

• Stainless steel and aluminium fabrication.
• Vacuum systems experience.
• Aerospace, pharmaceutical, scientific, or precision engineering backgrounds.
