Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 opportunity for overtime

We’re hiring a Logistics Operative / Tool Store Manager to join a world-class aerospace manufacturer near Uxbridge. If you’ve got experience managing tooling and logistics in a fast-paced production environment, this is your chance to play a critical role in supporting life-saving technology.

What You'll Do:

As a Logistics Operative / Tool Store Manager, you'll ensure our production team has everything they need, exactly when they need it. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Issuing and restocking tools, gauges, and consumables

• Managing stock levels through daily Kanban checks

• Receiving, storing, and dispatching tooling and equipment

• Supporting calibration and regrinding processes

• Maintaining accurate records using Excel and Word

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a stores or logistics role within manufacturing

• Strong understanding of tooling, fixtures, and gauges

• Confident using stock systems and MS Office

• Organised, calm under pressure, and detail-focused
