Trainee Inspector – Aerospace Industry

MTS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a motivated Trainee Inspector to join our Inspection Department for one of our clients based in Denham, UB9.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will undergo an inspection training programme under the guidance of an Inspection Training Partner. You will learn key product verification processes to ensure that parts and components meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning and becoming competent in various testing and inspection techniques.
• Accurately interpreting component drawings and test procedures.
• Generating and maintaining inspection documentation in line with company quality policies.
• Using SAP to accurately record work in progress.
• Handling materials and components safely and in compliance with regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).
• A good standard of education, including GCSEs in Maths, English, and Physics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
